Responsible in driving the growth of business segment through developing segment strategies towards convergent propositions based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

10+ Years of experience in IT Industry.
Proven team management experience
Lead the team for successful project planning & implementation and improved customer experience
Plan and Review the High-level Scope & Design, Program Plans, and updates of running programs.
Update Management on progress Regularly. *Manage the Section Risks and Issue.
Automating Manual work and finding innovative solutions.
Handling managerial tasks, looking after the staff & ensure full staff engagement & continues motivation
Setting SLA’s / OLA’s with all stakeholders (sections) & ensure the full tracking among all teams.
Monitor Performance of the section to ensure that the section KPIs are met by regular follow-up.
Performs any other function assigned as and when required.
