Position Summary :
This position is responsible for supporting the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) maturity journey of the Pernod Ricard Asia markets.
The role is to coach 5-6 Asia markets on their S&OP process, execution, and maturity roadmap through all parts of S&OP cycle.
Principal Accountabilities :
For the 5-6 markets the Supply Chain Transformation Manager oversees (covering MC and BC on each geography)
Ensure deployment and dissemination of best practices and improved processes that drive continuous improvement in close relationship with Global Business Process Owner and S&OP tools specialists, always considering country specificities and need on which to adapt
Support and coach local S&OP teams on a day-to-day basis, identifying areas of improvements (on process, people, tools and data) and ensuring gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business targets
Conduct audits of the S&OP adoption, leverage support from Change Champions as needed ( 25 % of time, 2 countries per month)
Partner and collaborate with Global Business Development, Finance and Operations teams on their ongoing transformations to ensure the S&OP process delivers an agreed upon forecasting approach (e.
g., mid and long term, single source of truth, etc.)
Monitor performance of the forecast on all its dimensions, consolidate regularly a performance report with all KPIs / metrics with rationale / action plan and share with local / regional management as well as global leadership
The Supply Chain Transformation Owner is also responsible to ensure all activities related to communication, stakeholder and change management in order to harmonize processes in line with Pernod Ricard ambition & objectives
Each Supply Chain Transformation Owner will also play a role as Business Process Owner for either Demand Planning or Supply Planning with responsibility to refine the target work process, and share best practices both inside and outside the organization (e.g. CPG’s maturity evolution)
Skills / Qualifications / Experience :
Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related discipline
A good team player with good working standards and the ability to motivate and influence others
Project Management & Change Transformation capabilities ability to clarify scope, objectives & outcomes needed, manage timeline, escalate for support
Presentation and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and capable in communication with different levels
Excellent relationship management, good negotiation, planning and forecasting skills
Creative, detail-minded, well-organized with good analytical skills (including Supply Chain Analytics)
Knowledge of planning tools. Experience with Power BI and other ERP or supply chain tools is an advantage
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Any other language (especially Japanese and Korean) will be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience ( 6-10 years of experience)
