We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties.
Our Marketing Assistant should have videography skills and be able to work with our creative team to plan, film and edit video content of our events and technology.
Duties and responsibilities :
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Working closely with the Marketing Director to devise an effective marketing strategy.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Engaging with customers through the use of social media.
Maximizing followers on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Film videos on set or on location.
Plan the shoot with the marketing team.
Edit footage in post-production with the rest of marketing team. Requirements for the role :
Bachelor degree in Marketing
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Confident and dynamic personality
Proficiency with editing software such as Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
