Transguard Group iscurrently recruiting for Project Coordinator FacilitiesManagement for its Facilities Management Division.
The job roleinvolves providing efficient and effective coordination for runningsmooth IFS operations. The candidate will provide administrativesupport while managing office functions including work ordercoordination, security badge and access assignments, databasemanagement, daily office operations, coordination ofbudgeting / accounting systems, maintaining office records, andproviding general support services.
The role includes performingthe following functions :
Assist theFacilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation asneeded.
Support the FacilitiesManager with external contacts as needed
Manage the Security access-control database inconjunction with the Security Contractor
Coordinate all facilities activities, workdirection, and support systems.
Supervise and train facility employees and contractors asneeded.
Independently maintain andupdate administrative policies and processes.
Up, maintain, and organize department'scentral files, information, filing, and messages
Assist facilities staff in locating parts,supplies, and materials.
Prepare andmaintain RFP’s, bid information, and other contractdocuments.
Prepare internalbill-backs and documents for events supported by the facilitiesorganization.
Provide all generaladministrative support to the Facilities team.
The ideal candidate willhave the following skills and experience
At least a bachelor’s degree inFacilities Management (experience is advantageous) or equivalentprofessional qualification
At least 3years in a similar position
Wellversed with MEP systems and specialised systems
Risk analysis and mitigation planning
Service level agreement management and analysis
Minimum English Language Level 3 (by TransguardGroup Standards)
Customer relationship management
