Your key duties include :
Supervise a scalable and robust distribution systems infrastructure with the different systems (SynXis, PMS, Channel Manager, extranets etc.
at its core, to efficiently service reservations and to maximize company revenue streams.
Business development - Identify and contract new connectivity opportunities with intermediaries (i.e., OTA's, wholesalers, Tour Operators etc.)
Provide innovative Global Solutions and programs to support the overall Jumeirah Sales & Distribution strategy in order to increase systems contribution for the brand.
In charge of Central Rate Loading for the entire network and work on global standards and ensure optimal management with hotels and automatization
Ensure departmental workflows, policies and SLAs are adhered to in order to provide quality service to internal & external customers.
Increase rate parity scores through audits to support Best Rate Guarantee strategies and decrease cost of sale
Optimize rate product, inventory availability, placement, content and visibility on connected channels
Provide professional development to all direct reports and foster a succession planning strategy for the preservation of the discipline.
Ensure optimum display of Jumeirah's portfolio across all advertised channels (both paid and organic) with the aim of increasing conversion rates
Curate and improve the quality of digital assets and brand marketing content on OTA's and GDS platforms
In charge of the Travel Ads program by Expedia by providing Corporate Guidelines and trainings to hotels in order to optimize ROI through this paid marketing program
Plan and provide regular training to Hotels concerning management of reservations systems as well as optimization of Distribution Channels and rate parity.
About You : The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
At least 3 years in a manager position with the ability to lead a team
Exposure to digital marketing tools
Proficient knowledge in main MS Office Applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills
Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing
Experience and credibility in dealing with internal and external senior level colleagues
Proficient in systems : CRS (SynXis, Trust, Pegasus, Micros ORS, etc.), PMS (Fidelio, Opera, etc.) and RMS (IDeas)
High proficiency with Excel and database tools (Access, Power BI or others)
