Assist the Sales force by providing a high-level product
expertise and knowledge of the targeted product centric application to customers.
Provides technical support to the field sales force by bringing deep or specific
product and application knowledge in order to help : understand customer design,
configure & put Watts products in the customer specifications, convert an
existing specification and close a deal.
1 Manage quote approvals :
Responsible for evaluation and assets the approval / rejection of additional discounts, special prices,
Responsible for support sales people in negotiation to close opportunities
that require additional discounts
Evaluate overall profitability of an opportunity and work with the sales team and / or the
customer to close the deal.
Responsible to escalate for additional approval according to standardized delegation of authority rules
Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and margin
Evaluate the viability of reaching the promised potential of the opportunity and the
profitability of closing the deal.
Ensures risk is mitigated wherever possible.
2 Develop, enhance and utilize the entity information systems :
Utilize (and maybe help to build or improve) the entity information systems and processes, in order to support Watts price management.
Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis on methods to optimize
price through market and pricing strategies.
Manage price change execution related to SPAs and quotes, including data integrity
3 Ensure pricing performance :
Monitor and update commercial price lists and GSA pricelists as needed.
Validate sales quotations for accuracy and profitability.
Monitor, analyze, and report on monthly Price Realization (erosion) versus budget
commitment on specific SPAs, quotes, market segments and / or customers.
Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives as required
Support the team that negotiates discount internally(factories / OEM's).
4 Collect and give to the Strategic marketing & Business development
head all Business information :
On time Monthly Reporting.
marketing Intelligent, Competition shifts, Customer behavior shift, channel shift, & regulation shifts.
Pipeline and win lost analysis.
5 Support Sales in Offer Pricing / Prescription & customer Trainings .
Contribute to the Sales Forecast Data Quality.
Prepare with Channel management team the Partner trainings and product knowledge plan
Support in preparing Cost sheet and Discount process.
Own the technical support process and make sure our products / solution differentiation is implemented by Sales force and Partners..
