The Arabic Shopping Experience team is looking for a business / product leader to drive a best in class Arabic experience for the MENA region.
MENA is a primarily Arabic speaking market with language nuances across the three different countries- AE, SA and EG. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless Arabic Right to Left experience for the customer and high Arabic language quality for customers in the region.
In this regard, the role is a blend of the following dimensions - business strategy, product development and management, operational excellence and entrepreneurship.
You will need to set the long term vision, strategy, objectives and success metrics, build roadmaps, write product requirement documents, PRFAQs, influence business and tech stakeholders to achieve your goals.
The right candidate will be able to assess what is most important for customers and our business and lead change. This leader will manage the vision as well as execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely product launches.
Successful candidates will have a history of driving deep insights from complex data, have exceptional business judgement to quickly assess the viability of key decisions, and the ability to write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon.
The ability to influence cross functionally and across the organization, at all levels, will be absolutely critical to success in this role.
