Job KeyDetails :

Collect and update recordsrelating to employee staffing, absences, training, leaveapplications, benefits etc

Generate reports as well asdocument pertaining to employee functions

Obtaininformation relating to staff training as well as development

Organize for the internal and external trainings

Prepare and explain the company's personnel policies,benefits as well as procedures to employees or applicants

Conduct orientation for new staff

Carry out testsand interviews for job applicants

Always make suresalaries for new employees are in accordance to companybudget

Any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

BachelorsDegree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management orrelated discipline

At least 3 years of UAE experiencein the human resource field

Good communication andinterpersonal skills

Good Ms Office suite knowledgerequired

Good leadership skills required

Must be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills

Membership in a professional body will be a plus

Only Indian nationals should apply
