Role summary To coordinate and manage the redesign and implementation of endtoend customer servicing journeys across enquiries service requests and complaints including system onboarding and MIS reporting Key Responsibilities Drive and coordinate redesign and documentation of servicing related customer journeys and business processes across enquiries service requests and complaints across all stakeholders Project manage migration to target system Microsoft Dynamics and operating model from a Customer Experience perspective Coordinate stakeholders across organization Provide system feedback from customer perspective and input for designing ongoing system augmentation Act as Group CEX SPOC for any customer servicing related initiatives led by other stakeholders Skills Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively Strong oral and written communication skills Effective problem solving aptitude Ability to plan and work without direct supervision Main Interfaces Internal PBG sales distribution channels particularly call center PBG CEX Operations IT External Process redesign partner System integration partner
