  • The Role Our client, an eventmanagement firm, is urgently looking for a Secretary to be based inAbu Dhabi. The main purpose of this role is to provideadministrative support to the Founder and research-based support tothe HR.
  • Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to : o Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documentso

  • Organize and coordinate meetings,conferences, travel arrangements o Take, type and distributeminutes of meetings o Implement and maintain office systems oMaintain schedules and calendars o Arrange and confirm appointmentso
  • Organize internal and external events oHandle incoming emails, mail and other material o Set up andmaintain document management systems o Set up work procedures oCollate information o Maintain databases o Communicate verbally andin writing to answer inquiries and provide information o Liaisonwith internal and external contacts
