TheResponsibilities

QualityManagement System

  • Coordinate and communicate the QualityManagementSystem.
  • Ensure the Quality related documentsaremaintained and current.
  • Develop a reportingstructure to engage allmanagers and leaders.
  • Develop and implement a ContinuousImprovementPlan.
  • Actively monitor all relevantsystems andprocesses to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage the externalAuditprocess.
  • Coordinate and manage theinternal Auditprocess.
  • Skill managers to meetthe complianceresponsibilities of their position.
  • Manage the risk and complaints register toensure it is upto date.
  • Coordinate the implementation ofoutcomes fromthe annual internal and external audit.
  • Quality Assurance Strategy

  • Coordinate and leadthe Quality Assurancestrategy, to achieve Forward Planoutcomes.
  • Recommend selection of andcoordinate themanagement of external audit contractors.
  • Work with the Managers to achieve complianceagainst theQuality Assurance Plan.
  • Work with Managers toensure the review andcontinuous improvement of organizationalpolicies and procedures tosupport quality services.
  • Skill managers to meet the complianceresponsibilities oftheir position.
  • Develop and implement annualinternal qualityaudit process.
  • Train allLeaders and Managers in internalaudit complianceprocess.
  • Oversee the review and continuousimprovementof the organization’s intranet-based PolicyPractice and systemfor Quality Services.
  • Coordinate the Quality and Complianceactivities incollaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To coordinate the external audit process.
  • Required to participate in an annualPerformance Appraisaland development of an Annual Learning Plan.
  • Policy development

  • Write and reviewpolicies, procedures andpreforms.
  • Maintainintegrity of delegations of authorityand ensure relevance in linewith changes across organization.
  • Reporting

  • To coordinate the internal audit process oftheQuality Management System.
  • Coordinate theAnnual quality audit resultsreport for Executive Leadership Teamand the Board.
  • Conduct an annual survey ofManager and TeamLeader understanding of their quality andcompliance responsibilitiesand report results.
  • Monitor quality and capture quality improvementactivitiesto ensure they are adopted across Family Life.
  • Provide regular reporting to General ManagerPeopleCulture and Quality as required
  • Degree of Independence / Complexity ofEnvironment

    Example :

  • Highly ambiguous, constantly changingenvironment with adiverse network of key stakeholders and policymakers.
  • Must be able to deal with simultaneouslyoccurring crisiswhich may compete for time.
  • Working relationships / Impact ofInteractionsExample :

  • Interactsextensively with senior management toeducate, influence, and buildawareness of key issues and proposesolutions.
  • Influences and negotiates with externalparties(ADNIC,Landlords, etc.) for the benefit of the University.
  • TheRequirements

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree inarelated field and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience oranequivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to review anddeveloppolicy.
  • Demonstrated ability in keystakeholderrelationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability in coordination ofprojects tooutcomes, targets, timelines and budget.
  • Experience conducting audit in a governmentfundedprovider.
  • Demonstrated ability inself-management.
  • Excellent Technical writingand editing skills.
  • Computer skills(intermediate level, or above)in Microsoft Office environmentincluding word processing, data collection and entry, internet andemail.
