ordination of audits and documentation for the QMS that contributes to quality and safe patient care for Medical Center Co-

ordination of all efforts throughout the Medical Center especially in Laboratory to ensure compliance with obligatory accreditation bodies Responsible for coordinating streamlining QMS improvement activities across the Medical Center Identifying improvement opportunities in designated areas coordinating gap assessments and authoring QMS documents Drives site compliance accountability for QMS implementation effectiveness and QMR execution Providing expertise and awareness to Staff regarding QMS improvement Training the organization on QMS definitions and analysis at a managerial level Collects analyzes and oversees data entry on relevant quality performance indicators Monitors and evaluates appropriateness of facility quality control plans and practices Generates and or coordinates the development of various reports regarding performance against quality indicators on a monthly basis or as instructed by Centre Manager Coordinate and liaise with external accreditation agencies Participates in the planning development coordination and presentation of specific training and educational programs as appropriate to the quality assurance needs of the facility or service Primary Eligible Metrics Bachelors in any discipline preferably in life sciences Minimum of 5 years experience working with Quality Management System tools continuous improvement methodologies Secondary Eligible Metrics Functional Competencies Excellent communications skills Excellent problem solving skills Emotionally mature and know how to handle stressful situations Behavioral Competencies Emotionally mature and know how to handle stressful situations Must be a key team leader who can motivate and influence top quality performance from all its members Must be a result-
