AccountingAssistant responsibilities include managing expense reports andreimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internaldatabases and reconciling invoices.

Ultimately, you will help our Accountingdepartment run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency inall transactions.

SKILLS +COMPETENCIES At this level, you will beable to :
Working with spreadsheets,sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Reconcilinginvoices and identifying discrepancies
Enterfinancial transactions into internal databases
Issue invoices to clients
Providingadministrative support to the team- filing / scanning / photocopying,etc.
Minimum Experience Required : 1-2Years
Knowledge of basic bookkeepingprocedures
Good math skills and the ability tospot numerical errors
Hands-on experience withMS Excel and accounting software
Ability tohandle sensitive, confidential information
Graduate in Accounting, Finance or relevantfield
