This includes but is not limited to conduction on-site business cases and successfully monitoring the required inventory and orders to sustain the company sales in a successful manner.
The Hospitality Business Development Division Manager is also responsible for assisting the Executive Manager on all levels of the business upon request.
Focus primarily on direct account management to deliver revenue and / or acquisition goals through aggressively acquiring sales leads and networking with the senior management (mainly, but not limited to the directors of engineering and property owners).
After-sales leads have been identified and business cases have been made it is your responsibility to present these business cases to the relevant parties in the most favorable manner to ensure closing the deal.
Your responsibility includes but is not limited to successfully presenting our products to clients, negotiating with clients, closing the deals and ensure the collection is done in a timely manner as per the agreements.
Manage the ordering process by monitoring the product inventory and forecasting the company needs based on the sales achieved and the forecasted needs for each quarter.
Upon request coordinate and manage domestic and / or regional events to introduce and present the blu philosophy and accelerate the sales process accordingly.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferably in the hospitality industry or similar. Should have demonstrated the ability to motivate, coach a small team to achieve set goals.
High proficiency in using Microsoft Office to create dashboards and present business trends and needs.
High-level analytical and strategical thinking skills, including problem-solving skills and ongoing observations and monitoring of market and business trends and ensuing business, needs to maximize business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
Possess the ability to develop and present relevant and insightful analysis including performance analysis, market analysis and implement meaningful action plans based on the analysis.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and to meet deadlines.
A high degree of competency to learn new skills and new ways of achieving objectives
Relationship Management : Establish and build healthy working relationships with business partners and colleagues.
