PRIME RESPONSIBILITY Marine technician is responsible for Out-board Motor installation, commissioning, testing and perform in-door / out-door maintenance / repair for out-board motors and water vehicle, achieving the monthly productivity / performance target, and to execute other tasks assigned by his superior.
Execute Out-board motor installation (Rigging and Commissioning).
Execute PDI for water vehicle.
Perform in-door and out-door periodic scheduled service and maintenance.
Troubleshooting and diagnosis out-board motor and water vehicle using diagnostic tools.
Overhauling all kinds of marine engines gear boxes.
Test customer's boats and water vehicle to verify any customer complaints.
Perform service advisor tasks for out-door customers.
Writ technical report by collect and analyzed the accurate information.
Coordinate with job controller and spare parts to order the correct needed parts.
Perform all assigned technical tasks as per OEM standard procedures.
Follow the authorized staff structure as per company regulation.
Achieved monthly productivity by performing the right job for first time (RFT).
Maintain decent attitude and good appearance all the time.
Maintain company assets and ensure clean and organized work area.
Perform other reasonable related tasks assigned by management.
Follow and abide all health and safety procedure regulations. Requirement ? Vocational marine mechanical degree or equivalent.
Possess understanding of mechanical devices, tools and marine technology.
Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in marine field.
Age range between 25 - 30 years old.
Filipino nationals preferable.
Yamaha experience is advantage.
Boat driving license is advantage. ? Fluent English language is must. ? High communication skill, Teamwork, Problem solving, organizing and Self-management
