The temporary position will be driving marketing & sales acquisition, in particular paid media and SEM, supporting the operational business globally to ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of all digital marketing and sales initiatives.

Developing and providing clear reporting and actionable insights which will inform the business of the results against digital KPI's and market performance.

Yugo will be looking for you to implement best practice digital analytics systems. You will be the Yugoer that provide actionable analysis on both digital acquisition traffic and on-site traffic to help drive optimization of channels and on-site optimization.

Basically data, data data! We are looking for someone who wakes up thinking of digital data and how they can drive the Yugo forward through insight derived by deep analysis of our online data trends.

  • Be the digital go-to Yugoer for all the teammates in the company.
  • Experience and hands-on capability with SEM, and digital advertisement execution.
  • SEO management along with the appointed support agency.
  • Drive organic digital goals and be the key stakeholder of these initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge and capability of Google Analytics and Data Studio development, building advance reporting models and ongoing performance optimization.
  • In depth campaign analysis across platforms like (but not exclusive to) Google and Facebook (Meta) analyzing the sales related KPIs as well as previous changes made to campaigns and how to respond to it.
  • Review performance KPIs shared by the marketing support agency for paid, social, organic channels. Do self-analysis on each channel to match up the results, find gaps, suggest improvements.
  • Weekly calls with the appointed support agencies to review the performance, learnings, challenges, and plan for the next weeks.
  • Have a finger on the pulse when it comes to digital performance platforms know trends and report on them, assist and guide colleagues to achieve success.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for CRM tools to effectively communicate with existing customers and attract new consumers, essentially driving the email strategy.
  • Develop an annual digital marketing & sales plan and budget. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives for each space throughout the countries.
  • Maintain campaigns cost tracker, review spend to make sure they are within defined budgets.
  • Be the main storyteller towards internal stakeholders for digital acquisition - create and optimize presentations and reports.

  • You’ll need to be an absolute wiz with Google Analytics and Data Studio, basically put the performance of those tools to the test.
  • Knowledge of CRMs and CMS’ is definitely an added bonus as well.

  • Must be able to multi-task, grasp complex concepts, collaborate with subject matter experts and ultimately present solutions effectively in written and visual format.
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders (teammates, students, agencies, owners etc).
  • Marketing or Communication related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
