The role holder is expected to deliver support key objectives of Enterprise Transformation Office ETO objectives as part of ETO Team The role holder is responsible for providing indepth management information and insights based on analysis of performance results The role details formulation of Operational KPI s in alignment with priorities and strategies collection of performance data from various sources maintaining and updating the corporate performance system Role holder is responsible for driving adherence the Noor values via media Sessions for the Pan Bank To play active role on communications for senior management with high quality level accountable for delivery The role includes conducting predictive analysis as directed by collecting and evaluating data producing reports in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement and project management and execution Key Responsibilities People Culture Developing delivering Enterprise communication strategy planning and calendar of activity supporting increased levels of employee engagement Lead the development implementation of new engagement platforms Analyzing results of employee engagement surveys and execution of actions from review Coordinating monthly and annual recognition awards aligned to our values along with Enterprise communications such as WE Time WE Care staff events Devising and implementing new communication best practices guidelines working closely with executive committee events team and other stakeholders to develop engaging content to inspire and motivate staff Overseeing the measurement of internal communications engagement activity linked to core communication KPIs Track objective settings and reviews to enable staff career growth Implement maintain and update a comprehensive operations performance framework that is aligned with organizations strategic objectives Joiner leaver tracking for contractors FTE Environment Review monitor floor space accessibility and facilities Budget Contracts Vendor Management Budget planning tracking for Enterprise OPEX CAPEX forecast and monitoring Procurement coordination validation forecasting and invoice processing Vendor Management Proactive contract renewal invoice validation processing Resource Capacity planning Forecasting resource capacity management for both onshore off shore validation and monitoring of On offshore headcount Central points for Enterprise nonHR resources Stationary storage Tech asset inventory Performance Engagement Develop strategy on maintaining metrics KPI KRI across Enterprise circulate to management stakeholders QBR MBR weekly highlights Overall Business Office coordination Tracking deadlines coordination with HR ICU Consolidation tracking of progress of strategic objectives for all departments Ensure all departments have up to date Org charts placemats Projects Change Management Ensure tracking monitoring communication of Enterprise Projects Change Management effectively Operational Readiness and post implementation validation Validation of benefits from all DEV Projects until fruition
