Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager with at least three years of Sales and Business Consultancy must be from a company whose core business is company formations experience in the UAE working with companies establishing onshore and offshore companies The ideal candidate must be a selfmotivated target oriented salesperson You will work with senior level management marketing and administration staff to develop new business for our client Strategic planning is a key part of this job description since it is the Business Manager s responsibility to develop a strong pipeline of new business which will come through the knowledge of the local market This role reports to the Managing Director If you drive and have your own car this would be advantageous There is an attractive commission package on top of the abovementioned salary Description Present the company to potential clients through direct communication in facetoface meetings telephone calls through online channelsFollow up new business opportunities and setting up meetingsDevelop new business relationships generate and negotiate new income for our client to an agreed annual target increasing year on yearIdentify and generate sales leads pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contactsCommunicate new product developments to prospective clients Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment settingContribute to the development of marketing literature writing content providing management with feedbackActively and successfully manage the sales cycle process lead generation credentials pitch asking questions solution pitch negotiation close handover to the account management teamAttend and contribute to weekly sales meetings and present your current sales process and business strategy to the Core Sales teamPossess drive motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to our client are captured and exploredResponsible for new business and expected to selfmanage however will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title Support is available by the Managing Director and Head of Sales for complex large pitches and strategiesCreate and be accountable for all client proposals and any further documentation following our clients proceduresEffectively interact with other departments including Finance Compliance and administration teams when handing over new client files ensuring you fully and correctly brief the relevant teams in all aspects of the sale You may be required to perform other adhoc tasks within the company that may be deemed necessary
