Quality Control Officer Vacancy in Abu Dhabi A leading Fire and Safety and Facility Management Group who are focusing on commercial and residential portfolios across UAE are seeking to expand their integral in-
house Fire and Safety, Facility Management and Water Treatment Group division. Currently offering career opportunities in Abu Dhabi we are seeking QA / QC officer.
Requirements In collaboration with the Line Manager, developing the standard management systems documentations required to comply with the overall compliance requirement for the group.
Develop QA / QC Documentation and Reporting Systems for the Project and Department for conducting day to day operations.
Develop and implement the internal compliance Audit Program under ISO and QMS System. Ensure the product of a company meet quality ISO standards.
Reviewing and evaluating compliance issues / concerns affecting the workflow and project requirement. Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with the ISO9001 standards and products and services meet the requirement of the client / customer.
Initiating, maintaining, reviewing and revising policies and procedures for the general operations of the compliance Program and its related activities to quality, health and Safety Standards.
Carrying out the implementation of established Quality Programs as directed by the Line Manager. Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedure.
Acting as an independent body to review and conduct evaluation to ensure compliance issues / concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
Supporting in tender submissions. Conducting training and identifies areas for improvement necessary to sustain compliance program.
Preparing the requirement for the Pre-qualification and tender submittals. Supporting divisions in the technical documentation to comply with their contract requirements.
Assisting the Line Manager during 2nd and 3rd party audits. Responsible for overseeing the effective implementation on Document Control within the organization.
Contributing to team effort as required by the Line Manager. Qualifications and experience Requirements. A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
A minimum of 4 years of work experience working as a Quality Assurance Officer. Experience in implementing ISO9001 requirements.
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis / statistical methods. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
Outstanding communication skills Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9001 etc.) Job location will be Abu Dhabi Preferably an Female candidate ( With Husband visa or Father visa ) Male candidates can also apply for the position.
