PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :
Achieve construction equipment sales targets by setting and executing a commercial plan and by managing and developing the existing Distribution Network;
Interact with central commercial back offices (Marketing, After Sales, Sales Administration) as well as Finance to reach the business targets
Coordinate and leverage other departments (Parts, Service, Trade Finance) to achieve the business targets
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Meet Market Share, Volumes, Mix, and Financial targets assigned for the countries also coordinating with different support departments (ie : Parts, Service, Legal, Trade Finance / Finance, Logistics);
Manage the budgeting process in the country, agreeing a business plan (Volume, Price, Mix, timing) with the dealers that match the Company targets for the country
Develop the dealer network supporting them to reach the highest standard in terms of customer services and satisfaction.
Properly implement the partnership programs and dealer standards . In the case of not covered countries : scout and select companies to be appointed as dealers
Support the dealers in selling out the machine to final customers (retailing), developing Key Accounts relationship and supporting them to build and grow the brands in the market
Collect information about the market and competitors in Middle East and provide them to the marketing department
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Experience of minimum 5 years in international environment on Construction Equipment industry or complementary business
Knowledge of ME business environment
Problem Solving and proactive approach to find proper solutions to financial, logistics, distribution problems as well as face competitors initiatives;
Fluent in English languages mandatory; Arabic is a plus
High integrity and transparency
Open to travel extensively throughout ME (75% of the time) and overseas (Europe) at least3 / 4 times a year
