Job Description :

In this role You will support :

the Commercial Performance Controller in controlling revenue and related expenses until Gross Margin. You will ensure control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results and comparative analysis.

  • the Sales Team by evaluating the annual trade agreements and by collaborating to the preparation of the Annual Audit requests;
  • the coordination and preparation of financial and management periodic and annual reports, including financial statements, tax returns and VAT returns;
  • ensure and monitor cash collections and payment;
  • with performing in compliance with group / company's procedures and policies all transactions;
  • the monitoring operating processes and identifying potential gaps in procedures and policies

    Key responsibilities : Profitability analyses

    Profitability analyses

    Elaborate profitability analyses for new SKUs / products / channels.

    Prepare analyses for Return on Investment for specific initiatives

    2.Financial Accounting

    Prepare the Net sales monthly closing and Gross margin value chain simulation

    Present the Monthly closing and support the Business in understanding trends and tacking decisions

    Analyze the promotion ROI and Customer profitability

    Manage Month End Accrual for Trade Programs

    Support the sales teams by analyzing and evaluating annual trade agreements with customers and ensure agreements are correctly reported in the books

    Calculate and prepare adjusting entries

    Apply appropriate accounting standards

    Cost Centre analysis and allocation

    3. Auditing

    With the departments collect and present information for internal and external audits.

    Apply appropriate auditing standards

    Determine and apply appropriate audit tests and procedures

    4. Controlling

    Trade Programs analyses Customer / Channel Analyses

    Support the Commercial Performance Controller in the Gross to Net analysis and ensure that the sales teams have adequate tools and templates to support the development of the annual plans

    Perform routine analysis on financial statements (effect analysis, cost-benefit analysis, sensitivity analysis)Prepare the Commercial Profit & Loss (by SKU)

    Overhead Control Cost Centre Analyses Commercial

    Marketing Programs Analyses Internal Orders and Brand Control

    Report and investigation of variances

    5. Budgeting

    Support for yearly budget, according to Company guidelines and objectives. Collect data from internal (Departments, Senior Management) and External (HQ, Vendors) sources

    6. Forecasting

    Based on YTD results, update budget with financial result forecast.

    Job Requirements :

    Degree in Finance / Business / Commercial Engineering

  • 1 / 3 years of experience (Business Controlling / Audit)
  • Budget and forecast knowledge
  • Database Management knowledge
  • Business sense, good communication skills, ability to challenge and to properly collaborate with key partners
  • Strong aptitude and accuracy for numbers
  • Good team player, positive and pro-active attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP CRM tools, SAP BPC, strong command of Excel is mandatory
  • Languages : English, Arabic
