We are looking for an enthusiastic,innovative, solution orientated People Operations Senior Specialistto join our People Operations team.
This role reports to the SeniorDirector People Operations MENA.
Deliverproactive and flexible people services by providing relevant andappropriate people support to Functional Leaders, managers andemployees, whilst driving best practices and ensuring compliancewith all company procedure, policies and employmentlegislation.

Aimto constantly improve people operations service delivery withexcellent customer service by identifying challenges andrecommending opportunities for improvements, constantly thinkingoutside of the box in terms of solutions
Trusted Business Partner to the keystakeholders. Coach and support local leadership team inidentifying and managing people interventions to improve businessperformance, to build initiatives and programs which drive thebusiness agenda as aligned with the corporate strategy
Act as a people advisor, providingcoaching and advice in people related questions, policies,procedures and legislation
Deliver ongoing people operations projects and employeeengagement activities
Partner closely with the Centers of Excellence coveringtotal rewards, people systems, talent development and acquisitionto ensure all stages of the employee experience journey aredelivered and that we attract, onboard, develop and retaintalent
Secure clean andtrackable employee data using the people systems to providemanagers information and reporting on people related data asrequired to support people related decision making
Support in areas of manager andemployee capability building to coach and educate our people tofurther develop high performing managers, individuals andteams
Keep up to date,recommend and implement on people operations policies andprocedures with relevant legislative changes and act as an expertin labour law
Activelyengage in and deliver ongoing people operations projects andemployee engagement activities
What Did WeOrder?
University degree or equivalent (preferably in HumanResources)
Minimum of 5years progressive work experience in HR
English fluent (written and oral)
Workday experience isadvantageous
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills. Uses tact and diplomacy toexchange information and address sensitive issues
You are quality-driven and a fastlearner and have superior attention to detail
You show an ability to work independently,swiftly and effectively prioritize work
Experience working with seniorstakeholders
Experienceworking in a fast paced agile environment
