Job Role : Customer ServiceExecutive

Job Details :

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customeraccounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achievesatisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid andcomplete information by using the right methods / tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutionsand alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensureresolution.
  • Keep records of customerinteractions, process customer accounts and filedocuments.
  • Meet personal / customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Degreeholder.
  • Proficient in MS-Office.
  • Proficiency in English both written andverbal.
  • Excellent telephone manner and abilityto communicate at all levels.
  • Team playingskills with strong customer orientation.
