The Role


The ideal candidate will be energetic, able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our services and this will be achieved by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and the internal team members, prioritizing tasks and time managing requests, innovating out of the box solutions to meet clients needs and have a clear understanding of the technical aspects of the services that the company offers.

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be able to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you'll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain account relationships through senior-level engagements.
  • Able to handle in ATL (above the line), BTL (below the line), and Digital activities through different kinds of Accounts.
  • Create presentations, preparing required briefs, fine-tuning marketing plans and all required documents like" schedules, budget allocations, media plans, marketing plans and develop advertising strategies...etc.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales target
  • Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.
  • Engage with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning.
  • Ability to work in a team. Excellent coordination and initiative when dealing with productions, suppliers, and the creative department.
  • Ensure providing a comprehensive brief to the Art department to deliver a successful artwork as agreed with Account requests / requirements.
  • Responsible for all client communications on all management levels to ensure full client care and support and handle all complaints.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Manage the development of campaigns.
  • Study brand guidelines & creative quality.
  • Develop comprehensive / stats reports required by the client.
  • Follow up with all the departments to ensure delivery on time.
  • Plan and implement all clients' events.
  • Supervise delivery of all the account requirements.
  • Prepare proposals for all activities and present it
  • Develop daily / weekly / monthly status reports in time accordance.
  • Manage outsources and suppliers deliverables.
  • Manage account resources.
  • Making use of company resources in a cost and time-efficient manner.
  • Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager & other colleagues.
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
  • Keep records of client transactions
  • Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • Experience within the Event, Marketing & Advertising Field
  • Business Development Experience
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficient in all MS Office Applications
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Creative and have an out of the box attitude towards solving complex problems
  • Works well with colleagues
  • Accountable & Responsible
  • UAE Experience is a must
  • Valid Driving License is a must
