This is an exciting opportunity to be part of EMEA A&C organization and to identify, recruit and onboard Digital agencies as new partners to implement and run Oracle OMC and CX products portfolio.

This role needs Strong alignment with Oracle Apps OMC and CX Sales teams, Oracle Product management and leadership teams and the extended Oracle A&C Organization especially the CEI (SaaS transformation) team.

The person who would presume that role should hold unique combination of Marketing, Strategic thinking, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Change Management skills.

The role is vital for Oracle partner business as it covers a big portfolio of OMC and CX products that represents around 30% of Oracle’s business.Job Description :

  • Identify the top Marketing and digital agencies whom can influence, sell, implement, adopt and run Oracle OMC and CX applications
  • Recruit and onboard the agencies
  • Build a robust working model with them
  • Define effective business plans with all recruited agencies
  • Build a strong governance between them and our sales and product teams
  • Guide them to find the right partners to work with
  • Facilitate alignment of specialized agencies with our Oracle OMC and CX sales opportunities and deals throughout effective account planning sessions
  • Onboard, Enable and Guide agencies to transform their working models to fit our offerings
  • Guide the agencies during implementation and running of the OMC and CX products
  • Guide the agencies in to adopt, expand and renew the customer OMC and CX subscriptions
  • Align effectively with sales team, Product management, Consulting and extended A&C team
  • Proper handover of recruited and on-boarded agencies to Oracle CEI team.Skills / Experience :
  • Understanding of Digital Transformation processes
  • Good Understanding of Oracle OMC and CX SaaS Products Portfolio
  • Understands Digital agencies industry and Marketing business process

  • Strong communication skills at all levels and Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.
  • Fast runner who can balance between long term and short-term plans, and understands well the balance between strategic objectives and tactics
  • Programmatic, structured, well organized and attention to details
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience preferably with marketing digital agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure
  • Change management / Innovation skills
  • Understanding of all emerging future technologies

  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

    Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.

    Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.

    Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards.

    Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.

    Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

    Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.

    Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
