Direct and run LPG Gas Plant operations and maintenance
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup
Manage and develop 70 to 80 plant workers
Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Manage scheduling for a fully operational team
Develop strategies to increase productivity and production
Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations
