Functional Area Workforce Planning Own and lead the field analysis activities in collaboration with HR Business Partners by interacting receiving inputs from relevant stakeholders across entire organization to confirm workforce requirements and capture key initiatives impacting workforce planning

Gather all relevant data and reports to provide insights and support the development of the annual workforce plans across the group to ensure optimum workforce levels for achieving business objectives

Own and develop the Talent Acquisition strategy for entire organization by gathering all inputs and insights from HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to define the best-fit resourcing strategy and achieve specific targets such as nationalization diversity etc

Talent Acquisition Develop own and institutionalize the Talent Acquisition process within the group to ensure the availability of optimum workforce to aim that all positions are filled or planning to be filled with the right talent Maintain a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline within and from outside the group that will contribute to the growth and achievement of the group s current and future objectives

Develop metrics then monitor and ensure timely reporting of Talent Acquisition data analysis including periodic reports to track effectiveness and ensure regular communication to key stakeholders including leadership and senior business unit stakeholders

Manage Talent Acquisition partners in terms of cost effectiveness optimum service delivery and collaboration with internal team for ensuring efficient Talent Acquisition operations and on-time fulfillment of vacancies Lead initiatives to streamline the overall talent acquisition process agreements forms and templates by collaborating with internal team members and other department stakeholders including legal to ensure alignment to business requirements and risk mitigation plans positive candidate experience and superior performance in fulfilling workforce requirements

Develop maintain and foster relations with Talent Acquisition agencies academic institutions and other sources of high potential candidates inside and outside region to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition process and ensure access to the best possible talent pool Take responsibility for the management of executive search to ensure that the best fit talent is sourced for leadership positions in a cost efficient manner Drive and implement employee referral and internal job posting programs in the company to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition process and on-time fulfillment of vacancies

Selection Conceptualize implement and monitor the overall selection process to ensure that standard talent acquisition procedures are followed and best-fit candidates are selected

Develop examinations or screening tests to be taken by applicants who are potential candidates for hiring to ensure accurate assessment and selection along with capturing required details for integration to candidate database

Collaborate with line managers and HR Business Partners to implement additional technical behavioral assessments or filtering procedures if required to optimize candidate-job fitment and subsequent performance at job

Supervise the interview process for all candidates by guiding team members and managing relationships with line managers to ensure smooth operations optimum utilization of tools and improve the process where required

orientation sessions for line managers on interviewing techniques including competency-based interviewing etc and best practices
