Specialist, Organisation Development First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) Al Qurm Business Park, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Full-time Division : Group Human Resources Sub Division : Learning, OD, Culture, ER and Emiratization Legal Employer : First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC UAE This role is responsible to execute and finalize programmes / projects according to deadlines and within budget supporting the overarching values, employee engagement and employee wellness strategy of FAB.

This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : Develop project plans and establish baselines and associated communications documents for the OD & Culture projects.

This includes but not limited to projects on culture transformation, recogntion, Employee value proposition, employee engagement initiatives, FAB Club etc.

Manage the overall project schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Support in organizing workshops & events, Including selection of venue, creation and provision of materials, selection and invitation of attendees.

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.

Work with Internal teams and vendors to implement and achieve the team objectives. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Demonstrate compliance to organisation's values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.

Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Reporting Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.

Specific Accountability The Specialist will be expected to support & lead the planning & execution of the key initiatives such as recognition, culture, EVP, & employee engagement.

Programmes to be delivered will be enterprise wide across geographies and may have business cases requiring significant investment, as well as senior stakeholder interaction.

The Specialist will be expected to operate effectively as an individual and influence cross-functional teams which may include senior management.

This includes engagement, indirect management and influencing across functions. The Specialist will be required to support the development and delivery of communications materials and stakeholder engagement and prepare progress updates for the HR Leadership team.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse groups of people - verbal and written Strong presentation skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.

g. Word, Excel and Power point is a must Fluent command of the English language, Arabic is preferred Ability to work as a team player and promote a cooperative work atmosphere Experience working within Leadership Development, OD & Culture, Learning, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering is a plus
