Support the dutiesof the planned and reactive maintenance schedule both internallyand externally to the property across several disciplines, notlimited to;
Carpentry, Masonry, Painting and Plumbing servicesidentify and assist with the requisition of materials to ensuremaintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently and to approvedstandards.
Ensure that a clean and tidyworking environment is maintained at all time by controlling tools,materials and waste products.
Assist withspecialist moves, equipment moves, and porterage duties asrequired.
Assist with various and types of MEPwork as required.
Integrate and communicateeffectively with other trade staff (Civil, Electrical, Mechanicaland Plumbing) as required.
Maintain up to dateknowledge for the safe and efficient performance of allduties.
Participate in overtime, shift workand / or out of hours working as governed by the necessity tomaintain continuity of operation of essential plant andsystems.
Participate in emergency on-callservice during non-working hours, weekends and publicholidays.
Work alone with minimum supervisionand / or within a team responsible to the Supervisor.
Participate in the Health, Safety & Risk programsincluding risk assessment of planned and reactive maintenance workactivities.
Use safe systems of work whenworking with all plant and equipment and ensure the same with thedepartment and among sub-contractors and third parties.
Participate in project work including refurbishment ofexisting building equipment / systems and / or newinstallations.
Provide effective communicationwith management, peers, contractors, subcontractors, projectsubcontractors.
Ensure good HSQE andInformation security culture is promoted within the department andamong peers.
