You will need to be avaible 24 7 in case of any emergency incidents that may occur Customer Service and Communication skills are vital for this role due to the large number of both internal and external stakeholders The nature of the department means that the workload is heavy at most times therefore you will need to have excellent planning and organising skills as well as a high level of attention to detail You will be responsible for providing support to all ICT end users on all hardware and applications You will initaite improvements in support tools and review integration issues between incident management process and other ICT service management processes You will supervise the service team in accordance with company policies and procedures This will include providing them training hiring and coaching Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : The ICT department is responsible to ensure the maintenance and functioning of all IT systems from the most basic desktop support to managing of complex flight information systems
