Purposeof Role :
To ensure guests with airport pickups / drops are greeted uponarrival and assistance is provided for various airport services.
Key Responsibilities :
Greets and welcomes all guests uponarrival following the ARRIVAL process at the airport.
Aware of VIP arrivals, competent inreading multiple reports / airport arrival report.
Understands service flows in all subdepartments of Welcome.
Promotes the Starwood Preferred GuestProgram and provides recognition and benefits to all present members.
Creates WOW moments onarrival / departure.
Ensures all Alerts and other suchreservation comments, traces are actioned, and that all guests are aware ofpresence of W Airport Ambassador.
Ensures vehicles are in top conditionalong with Wheels grooming. Amenities in the vehicles are fresh.
On days when there are nil airporttransfers, acts as welcome ambassador assisting and guiding guests.
Assists guest relations with roomsetups, amenities ordering etc.
Ensures any guestissues / dissatisfaction is actioned and logged in GXP immediately and wherenecessary contact the Manager on Duty to assist the guest.
Spot checks luggage store, assistsdoor team with busy movement time.
No guest leaves the W unhappy.
Ensures the work space and the LivingRoom are on brand, seasonal candle is present on the Welcome Desk and lit,green apples are available for guests, Bliss tidy towels, W logo pens are theonly pens been used on the Welcome Desk.
Ensures tables are clear in theliving room, pillows are fluffed and games and books are displayed.
