  • You will Support HRIS-related activities ledby the Manager, Total Rewards, especially if related to Fieldpopulation, such as : organisational changes;
  • update ofincentive / bonus programs; launch of new features on the system,etc.

  • Experience of HRIS and report writing
  • presentation skills and ability to communicate withstakeholders .
  • Ability to conduct a thorough,timely and unbiased internal investigation and provide practicalrecommendations.
  • Ability to effectivelycommunicate with a wide variety of internal customers.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks,determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows fortimely completion of projects.
  • Ability tomanage sensitive employee information in a confidentialmanner.
  • Knowledge of computer applications andthe ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of thefollowing applications : Access, Excel, Word andPowerPoint.
  • Meeting and adhering to DataHandling and Protection policies when handling and delivering datato the business partner
  • Meeting established department service level agreements(SLA's) and timelines in the delivery of the information tothe business partner
  • Effectively answering thebusiness partner(s) follow-up questions regarding the delivereddata request
  • Identify the characteristics ofstructured / unstructured data sets, develop analysis algorithms, anddesign algorithm models
  • Independently generatemeaningful insights through data analysis and use of datavisualization tools
  • Verify the effectivenessof HR policies / programs in operation through dataanalysis
