Job Role : Customer CommunicationsManager
Own and execute key customer moments acrossthe Middle East, North Africa, and India
Workwith Country Commercial Leaders across MENATI on customer brandexperiences, with a special focus on industry and proprietaryevents
Build Marketing Communicationcollaterals (data visualization, videos, brochures,flyers etc) to support commercial teams in positioningthe Baker Hughes brand across the region
Amplify storytelling around key customer moments oninternal and select external channels (including traditional / social media, events, as well as digital media channels)
Collaborate with regional key account leaders onaccount-specific communications activities (customer-focused webpages, roundtable events, case studies, etc.)
Identify and evaluate events and platforms where BakerHughes needs to participate
Drive 360-degreebrand experiences through customer engagements, events, and digitalplatforms
Develop and deliver innovativecommunications tactics to build and position the Baker Hughes brandwith customers and key stakeholders
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a communicationsdiscipline from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CorporateCommunications, Event Management, or MarketingCommunications.
Previous experience working inthe MENATI region
Previous experience in aglobal organization is a plus
Fluent inwritten and spoken English and Arabic. French is a plus.

Previous event management track record (working andmanaging agencies or agency experience is needed)

Ability to work horizontally across different businessunits and countries
Ability to effectivelyinteract at all levels of the organization from senior levelexecutives to all other employment segments
Ability to work well with different cultures and buildand foster a network with many constituents at several levels andin a matrix organization
Ability to work in afast-paced environment and manage multiple projects whilemaintaining a high quality of work
Flexibilityand willingness to travel across the region.
