The Opportunity This is an opportunity to work for a British International organisation that has its Middle East North Africa Head Office based in Business Bay Dubai The specific department that this role will be working with is a small team that are proud of the fact that their support staff members are either still with the business after 5 years of service or have progressed in to greater roles within the organisation We are looking for outgoing competent and reliable people an in return can provide an extremely pleasant and positive working environment where your results will be recognised and highly valued The Role Recruitment Coordinator Working within the International Recruitment Team that are responsible for the recruitment of senior appointments across MENA India Asia Pac Europe and North America Responsibilities Assisting in Resourcing candidates Managing Tracking documents for candidates Communicating with candidates over the phone face to face and on email CV writing editing Diary management for candidate interviews and meetings Administration of incoming and outgoing CVs and candidate documents Database Management ensuring that all candidate records are accurate and with up to date contact details Maintaining and improving the candidate tracking systems Managing the tracking process for both internal and external candidates Communication with internal and external candidates providing feedback and updating them with any progress regarding their application Maintaining Job Boards and Social Media adverts uploading and publishing latest vacancy information Administration of the teams requirements producing weekly reports and coordinating meetings Writing reports and reviews of current requirements Maintain the staff referral scheme logging all referrals and applying the qualification criteria Maintain the internal staff application scheme and logging Document management of all internal confidential documentation involved with the recruitment process Liaising with the Human Resources Department and all other project or office based support teams around the world RequirementsRequirements Experience knowledge Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential Must have ability to recruit resource for staff and coordinate Must have advanced IT skills including Excel Word Microsoft Outlook Must be consistently thorough and accurate with good attention to detail Must have excellent organisational skills Must have Diary Management experience and demonstrate confidence in coordinating candidate client and staff calendars across multiple time zones Must be able to meet deadlines and demonstrate Completer Finisher attributes Must have the ability to work well in teams and work on assignments as an individual Must be proactive and flexible to changing requirements Must have an ability to work to tight deadlines Must have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with peers and external customers Candidates must apply directly to Simon Ross OR Darren Purnell by email quoting MPIRC in the subject line Qualifications Degree Qualifications is an advantage but not essential The Company Established since 1990 Mace is an international consultancy and construction company employing over 5 000 people operating across 70 countries Its core business is programme and project management cost consultancy construction delivery and facilities management Mace is truly multi-
