We are looking for a Senior product manager for Prime who would lead the product charter that would enable us to scale Prime as the largest and most loved membership program in MENA.

The Sr Product manager role defines the product roadmap of Prime program in MENA region, is responsible for driving initiatives and building products that accelrate member Growth and Prime Member Engagement and retention.

This role will develop long term business plan and deliver on that by developing and owning the Product Roadmap and building and executing the marketing / GTM plan.

This will involve working closely with Tech Teams (Local and WW), User Experience, Central Marketing team, Delivery Experience Team and WW Prime teams.

  • High ownership to plan and deliver on the business goal
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and decisiveness. Strong judgement and prioritization skills with ability to balance customer experience with business priorities.
  • Skills to work across stakeholders and functions to communicate, influence, convince and deliver for the goal and
  • Ability to think big on a vision while being rooted in constant execution and innovate on behalf of customers.
  • Key job responsibilities

  • Build long term Product Roadmap and deliver on the same working with tech team.
  • Identify and define customer barriers and triggers to sign-up and stay with Prime

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, product development
  • Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning / messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.

    Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically. MBA in Computer Science or Technology.
