OSC Sales Manager
Purpose of this position is to grow revenue for external events across business segments by designing dynamic sales strategy, generating and converting leads, retaining and maximizing potential of existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities :
Achieve and exceed revenue and other set KPI targets in Events Sales by developing and upselling to the existing accounts and securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all revenue segments.

Identify and develop pro-active, efficient and motivated sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and position the product as the prime world-
class choice for events.
To be out in the market to build relationships and sales from different segments as set by the Business Manager.
Number of minimum sales calls and telesales will be set by the Business Manager.
Continuously research current market trends, along with competitor activity, new opportunities, partnerships, and recommend, implement sales strategy to remain ahead of competition for the retention and growth of the market share.
Provide direct input to the budgeting process based on the past achievements and current market trends in order to build realistic and challenging budgets based on continuous growth and corporate strategy.
Continuously expand client database by pro-active relationship management and research to grow Emirates Palace Catering by DWTC market share.
Operate within established level of administrative responsibility with regards to sales and ensure efficiency and compliance, including preparation of reports and delivery of any projects assigned by the Business Manager.
To make sure the event is flawless and the Service Manager is abiding to the Banquet Event Order in delivering the event.
Sales manager is required to be present at the event till the guest agrees that the point of contact will change to the service manager
Make sure the post event feedback is taken during or after the event and shared with the Business Manager.
Sales manager will have a certain authority for deciding prices and operational changes as long as this is agreed previously with the Business Manager.
