Job Description
Charterhouse has partnered with an incredible diverse business to assist in the recruitment of a Head of HR. This is an amazing opportunity, working closely with stakeholders and reporting to the CHRO.
About the role
This role would suit someone who has a strong focus on strategy, business transformation as well having handled a 360 HR role previously.
The business has a great management team and corporate culture, the business is looking for someone with real drive, hunger and tenacity to be involved in the exciting growth plans.
This role would suit someone who can be effective support to Senior Management, supporting and creating strategic objectives through an effective people strategy.
You will advise on all elements such as Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Resourcing and Reward.
The role will be responsible for implementing initiatives and processes to set standards and reinforce a culture of integrity, quality, ethical behaviour and inclusion.
Charterhouse was founded in Australia in 2003 and launched its Dubai office in 2004, covering the GCC and Levant Countries.
On the back of the success of the Dubai office, Charterhouse then launched its Doha office in 2014. Now operating from six global locations, Charterhouse employs 120 staff in Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai, Doha, Singapore and Hong Kong.
We recruit at all levels across the following disciplines : Accountancy & Finance, Emiratisation, Financial Services, Human Resources & Talent Management, Information Technology, Legal & Compliance, Management Consultancy, Professional Support, Real Estate & Facilities Management, Retail & Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics and have a proven track record in identifying and placing candidates across our chosen disciplines.
