Ideal candidates should have knowledge ofworkstation,mobile devices,fax machines,copiers,projectors andsoftware support when at work.
Preferred applicantsshould have a good understanding of computer systems, mobiledevices and other tech products that are used at work.
Interested candidates should have ability to diagnose andtroubleshoot basic technical issues and should have familiaritywith remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg.Zendesk).
Applicants should have an excellentproblem-solving and communication skill and also ability to providestep-by-step technical help, both written andverbal.
