To boost our growth, we are now looking for an energetic, skillful Community Area Supervisor - India to join our Sales Team.
We require an exceptional team player who is passionate about Sales to support our vision to inspire, exhilarate and delight our customers with human and memorable experiences through culture, design thinking and innovation.
Primary Purpose of this Position :
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned community and surrounding market. Leads and drive performance of dealers towards the achievement of assigned targets and growth in line with company vision and values.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the community. Ensure timely training and educational programs to dealers and users is done as per the plan.
Become the first point of contact in response to customer queries and support within assigned community.
Main Duties of this Position
Execute company business plan and sales strategy for the community assigned.
Responsible for the supervision of performance and development of the dealers within the community.
Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate the community.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Conducts one-on-one performance review with all dealers to understand growth bottlenecks and advice the company accordingly.
Build and effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement.
Conduct trade marketing activities that promotes company brand and grow top of mind awareness.
Qualification, Skills & Experience :
University degree in marketing (preferably) or a business graduate.
3-5 years of experience in UAE Fast sales growth environment.
Proven sales execution and ability to be a self-starter.
Experience with community communications sales.
Strong understanding of community customers and market dynamics and requirements.
Should be holding Driving license mandatory.

Flexibility able to lead effectively within an environment of ambiguity.
Team working able to work effectively as part of a team whilst encouraging and fostering teamwork; open to others ideas and input.
