  • Responsibilities : -Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • preparing action plans; and customer-service standards; identifying trends; determining system improvements;
  • Develop new businesses and relationships;
  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
  • forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share;
  • Accomplish the Company's marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs;
  • developing field sales action plans;
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, ad campaigns, TVC’s etc.
  • Assist setting sales targets, monitoring and reporting sales, and make recommendations to ensure that sales targets will be met.
  • Seek out and close new opportunities
  • Service and grow existing businesses in the territory, taking into consideration volume, profitability, and predetermined targets.
  • Execute the organization's sales process in assigned territory.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients
  • Communicate and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
  • Occasionally assist in the development and implementation of sales projects outside the sales territory.
  • Maintain an awareness of market trends and opportunities that are aligned with the overall business objectives and goals of the company.
