1. Team Management & PeopleDevelopment
Under the supervision ofthe Boutique Manager, designs the optimum organization, recruitsthe right profiles and ensures proactively talent pipeline inhis / her boutique.
Drives performance and compensation management,ensures people development (career committees, mid-yeardiscussions, training & development plans), motivates andreinforces engagement
Is responsible for ofthe integration and training of new comers
Ensures the day-to-day management, training, coaching andmotivation of the boutique team
Ensures theday-to-day management of the Care Service team
2. Boutique Performance Management
Assists the Boutique Manager to make adiagnosis based on a solid performance analysis, review ofcompetencies and environment to define action plans to achieveMaison, boutique and category sales targets
