The Product Manager will

Drive strategy & execution of our core B2B platform roadmap.

Ship iterative pilots and products in an agile environment, communicating key deliverables and timelines to stakeholders.

Manage the product development lifecycle for a key set of products from concept to design, development, testing, launch and optimization.

Partner with the business on executing an overarching operating plan for the platform that includes achievement of growth outcomes including market share and revenue targets.

Serve as the authority and support, guide, and mentor cross-functional teams on the product management processes.

Work alongside partnership and sales personnel to shape digital product strategy for select partners

Understand, track performance and metrics of all B2B solutions across the business, including key indicators of growth, stagnancy, and areas of addition / elimination.

Actively solicit and validate business requirements from vested business units, including Client Services, Sales, Engineering and Partner Support

Work with the Product and Engineering team on product development & new feature releases

Take ownership of customer experience and measures of success

Work closely with UX / UI designers and engineers to drive feature definition and implementation

Convert commercial, sales and marketing requirements to technical documentation

App & Web Development techniques and trends (some hands-on knowledge is preferable, but not necessary)

Strong oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and build consensus with various internal and external groups and senior leaders.

Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives

Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel

Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines

Target driven and have good numerical and analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail working with qualitative and quantitative data

Experience required

As a part of the team, your main focus is data-driven decision making. To succeed, you will need

Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in a similar role Product Manager, an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Software QA, Business leadership.

Experience working within the technology industry / start-up environment is highly desirable

Customer Experience / User Experience

Strong quantitative analysis skills

Data extraction and handling skills (preferred but not required)

Experience managing the entire product lifecycle

Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behaviour and marketing techniques

Hands-on experience with web technologies, mobile frameworks (highly desirable)

Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello

Knowledge of UX tools, like Sketch app, Adobe XD

Strong time management skills

Excellent communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

A computer science degree is preferred but not required
