O3 is currently is looking for a Administrative Assistant Receptionist with at least 2 years experience to join us in Dubai immediately Job Responsibilities 1 General office management2 Setup and maintain a wellorganized filing systems3 Making appointments managing calendars and diaries when necessary4 Handle all telephone calls and emails5 Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments6 Assist all employees for all related HR matters7 Handle all confidential documents and information8 Ordering and taking stock of office supplies9 Managing petty cash transactions and bookkeeping10 Provide backup support for all operations and other related duties as assigned
