Job Purpose : The purpose of this role is toplay a key function on ensuring that the most effective and highlevel of client support and services are being maintained andprovided for all internal and external clients.
MainResponsibilities : Analyze data and statistics to identify thecustomer level agreement provided by the various service providers,both internal and external within the Client Happiness.
Manage andresolve grievances of the clients and maintain up to date recordsof correspondences and outcomes of client concerns.
Enhancecustomer experience of the Department (eg : byaddition / upgrade / process re-engineering of CH services) Performannual benchmarks with other service-based companies within Dubai,to stay up to date with with the market performance and collectideas for improvement and service enhancement.
Effectively managethe staffs of the Client Happiness Department & optimalutilization of the staff resources to deliver the services on time.
Ensure fair division of work amongst the employees depending on theexperience, skills and work load. Ensure good staff rapport.
Evaluation of staffs and reviewing their performance. Ensure properdeliverance of all the services of the Department. Planning andbudgeting for the requirements of the department.
Manage andcontrol expenditure and ensure that it is within the approvedbudget Plan for the manpower requirements. Liaise with DSOcompanies / clients Ensuring that the DSO employees andcompanies / clients, are up-to-date regarding various relevant rules,regulations and legal frameworks related to the services providedby the Department.
s Strategic Objectives.Managing relationship with other governmental authorities onspecial projects. Ensure smooth achievement of such projects.
Device and implement / impart new services and work processesreducing the process time, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage business process definition and re-engineering activitiesrelated to CH. Manage policies, procedures and standards ofDepartments and also timely review.
Identify major concerns in theprocess and resolve the problems finding the related root cause.Compliance Officer for Dubai Silicon Oasis as per all the dutiesand responsibilities stipulated in the Administrative Resolution no4 for 2018.
Requirements : 7 years of experience out ofwhich 2 years experience in the relevant field and minimum of yearsexperience in a Supervisory or Head of the Department level.
