Responsibilities :

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reportsand presentations, setting up for meetings, and reorderingsupplies.
  • Providing real-time schedulingsupport by booking appointments and preventingconflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such asbooking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurantreservations.
  • Screening phone calls androuting callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutesfrom meetings, create presentations, and conductresearch.
  • Greet and assistvisitors.
  • Maintain polite and professionalcommunication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure theirseamless and positive experience.
