Proactively initiates and implements policiesand strategies to motivate and retain employees and implements corrective actions to address specific motivational and retention issues Prepares the annual Talent Plan andexecutes against this throughout the year Engages in talent acquisition and is directlyinvolved in the hiring process of all key critical roles in region with the aim of having a successor in place for every key role Ensures global HR and Learning initiatives are implemented effectively within region Compiles an annual training schedule at the beginning of each fiscal year and delivers against this Reviews employee compensation againstmarket competitive data on a six monthly basis and recommends corrective actions Works closely with the management teamto assess and improve organizational design Works at all levels in the Region to ensure low performers are appropriately handled Manages own and any direct report workloadto ensure focus is on Top 3 tasks When required supports any due diligence activities and subsequent integrations Develops and maintains strong trustworthyand confidential working relationships with Regional Business Leader colleagues regional and global HR team and Actuant Updates organisation charts monthly andcompletes required metrics and trackers on time Supports the roll out and use of all ATUsystems and processes including but not limited to engagement surveys exit surveys Applicant Tracking System and on line onboarding Open Hire Red Carpet Manages the on time completion of annualPMPs appraisals and provides the support to facilitate this Manages the annual pay review process inregion and submits checked pay data and CMM bonus calculations to Global HR Leader for final sign off Regularly updates Global HR Leader andRegion Business Leader on key HR issues within Region and recommends and implements approved solutions Wherever possible and practicable ensures consistency across Region in HR policies and procedures Ensures compliance with all relevantemployment legislation in different parts of Region Ensures that equality of opportunity isavailable to all existing and prospective employees Promotes and supports the Company s HSSEQand LEAD programs at all levels
