  • You will comfortable making presentations and public speaking andhave advanced Microsoft Office and specifically PowerPoint skills.
  • You will be proactive, professional, curious and a self-learnerinterested in exploring global and regional ideas and trends.
  • You will be a team player and willing to support where needed toensure the projects run smoothly.· You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-taskand meet tight and changing deadlines.

  • QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS : Operations Strategy PlannerManager As an Operations Strategy PlannerManager, you will take a leadership role in managing and drivingstrategic planning from start to delivery orhandover.
  • You will manage multiple functions,teams, processes, planning document and deliverymilestones. You will consistently andproactively contribute to the teams’ updates and ensuringprocesses are followed and in aligned.

    Integrates the plans of theOperations department into the overallplanning. Lead on all templates for FunctionalArea Operational Plans Lead the Planning and IntegrationDepartment timelines Ensures Planning and development isundertaken holistically as an organisation, keeping deliverables inline with resources across theorganisation Tracks and monitors the deliverablesof the Planning Keeps up to date the progress ofplanning through various reportingtools Ensures consistency in the venueplanning process across all functionalareas Works closely with heads of theFA’s to identify cost savings opportunities andstrategies You will need to openly communicatewith team members to ensure that all planning is run smoothly andregular feedback to the Operations Lead andadministration.

    Will oversee all operations withinlogistics on venue Will lead the operations desk at theManagement Command Centre and Functional CommandCentre Identifies gaps in responsibilitiesthrough the planning process and works with members to solve thegaps You will work closely partnersthroughout the process and ensure regular communication,procurement and logistics are inplace.

    You will work closely with CorporateServices and other internal teams to ensure procurement, invoices,production and any additional requirements aremet.

    You will work together with theStrategic Planning & Governance team and other verticals tosee where collaborations could be beneficial, and support continueddisruptive thinking to enhance the quality of ideas and projects.
