JOB PURPOSE -Responsible for all aspects of Compensation and Benefits analysing and reviewing salary structures and compensation schemes throughout the Group in line with best practices and business objectives to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity Design and improve total reward policies and procedures in alignment with company growth and corporate culture and values KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES General Management -

Contribute to the development of the overall HR Department strategy and plans to support business priorities -Assist in the development and implementation of compensationpolicies and procedures for the organization analyze and recommend strategies to improve effectiveness of compensation administration and the impact those policies have on employee recruitment satisfaction and retention metrics -

Contribute to the overall HR department planning and budgeting process by developing detailed bottom up budgets related to own area of responsibility in line with guidelines issued by the Finance Department Compensation Benefits Processes -

Maintain and communicate a total reward system that is internally equitable and externally competitive by measuring jobs in terms of their relative value to the organization industry and competitive markets -

Drive reward recognition initiatives including communication and rollout plans -Update and maintain current salary structure conduct market analysis of pay grades and ranges as needed utilizing recognized and validated salary surveys Analyse statistical data and reports and suggest improvements to ensure alignment with market trends -

Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation programs Develop and participate in the implementation of variable pay programs designed to place greater emphasis on the link between performance and pay -

Manage job descriptions creation process procedures and approvals Recommend classification of positions against a salary structure to ensure equity and equal employment opportunities for internal movement and external hires -

Design and implement effective communication and education strategies with management and employees regarding total compensation and benefits -

Perform detailed salary analysis for all internal compensation actions and external hires -Administer salary and bonus programs including annual merit review and bonus cycles Contribute to promoting Pay for Performance culture by improving performance appraisal effectiveness and implementing calibration process when needed -

Work with Medical and Life Insurance broker and or carriers to negotiate new benefit and plan structures Compliance -Conduct periodic audit to ensure that all compensation practices are in compliance with company policy -

Recommend revisions to compensation-related policies procedures and forms to ensure efficiency and quality -To keep abreast of UAE Labour Law and any legislative changes -

To ensure that compensation and benefits activities comply with and promote the companys policy statements and values Data Base and Reporting -

Work with HRIS and IT to ensure that the system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures bonus program -

Assist in the design and development of new IT Systems and processes relating to compensation and benefits RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Minimum Qualifications -

Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Minimum Experience -5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits Job-
