This position can be remote based in any U.S. location.
Works in collaboration with Director, Innovation Strategy to develop and lead initiatives in support of ALSAC’s enterprise Innovation and Human Resources efforts.
As part of a team that is the driving force of change and innovation across the enterprise, he / she will be responsible for developing, driving, and monitoring actionable strategies, operational plans, and cross-functional working groups in alignment with enterprise goals and key transformation initiatives, including socialization of those goals across the organization.
Maintains donor / supporter focus and service-orientation with internal and external stakeholders, while continuously demonstrating how to challenge the status quo and encourage break-through thinking.
This role will create long-term added value for our business by emphasizing collaboration and culture to engage employees, build teams, and drive results.
Requires at least 6 years of experience in strategic planning, strategic storytelling, and / or a design-related discipline, with demonstrated experience in leading collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Human Resources a plus.
Demonstrated ability manage multiple projects and future planning simultaneously
Demonstrated influencing and communications skills, with a keen ability to package insights into a very simple, clear, and digestible narrative
Strong business acumen, innate curiosity about business and technology, and desire to explore and experiment in unknown terrain to acquire deep industry knowledge
Able to gain trust, guide, influence and facilitate C-level executives, internal and external stakeholders towards promising new and unconventional ideas
