Ensure that the category strategy of all sixcategories is aligned with the overall brand strategy and meets thecustomer needs.
Also lead the translation of vision &strategy for each of the six categories into clearly articulatedcategory fundamentals and metrics.
Oversee and approve developmentof annual operating plan for various category (Tabacco andeservices, Fresh Food, Non-Food etc.
including products, pricing,packaging, and distribution.
Lead the team toplan and implement effective category strategies for all categoriessold in Oasis CStores in terms of managing the supply base, buying,ranging, margin mix, promotional framework, merchandising planning,stock management etc.
Manage the team tocategory managers to achieve category GMV target, seller growth,assortment health as well as consumer experience.
Builds excellentrelationships with the Retail sales and C Store team specifically,to ensure that category plans are effectively communicated to andexecuted in store and our service differentiation is maintained andimproved.
